Our loft is a studio apartment style area with a ton of amenities. We offer one queen size bed, full refrigerator/freezer, one high top table, one small island with two chairs, a sitting area, as well as a small living room with TV. The TV is hooked up to an antenna but you're welcome to bring your own service. Wifi is also pretty slow, but with the open skies, cellphone service and hotspots work well. We have a very large bathroom, standup shower with seat, closet space, linens, etc. Our kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cookware, microwave, countertop stovetop, etc. We do have. Keurig upon request as well as an Instapot. We do not have a washer and dryer at the moment. Stays at The Loft do include access to The Gym that is right around the corner down the steps. We love accommodating traveling nurses, doctors, and those needing to stay close to Adena and Kenworth. Here, you will experience the perfect country setting, close to town.
The Loft
Occupant(s) must be willing to pay for a background check and/or have a referral. One-two guests only. No pets. No smoking, vaping, etc. This is a family farm that is guarded by two large dogs. You will find it is a peaceful nights sleep away from the chaos of town, less than five minutes from Adena and Kenworth.
-- This is 40 acre working farm with kids, cows, cats, dogs, chickens and a large garden. Easy access to the Kinnikinnick Fen Nature Preserve. We operate a Farm Stand that is open 24/7/365 on the Honor System. We have Glofiber for Internet which is not the greatest or quickest but we have open skies for cellphone service and satellite internet. We do have TV but it is only hooked up to an antenna. This is the perfect place to unwind after a long work day if you like peace and quiet. All occupants of The Loft will have access to The Gym, effective January 5, 2026.
